长大后的朵朵（徐若瑄饰），到了童话书籍出版社上班，她爱童话也爱幻想。透过神秘插画家的介绍，她认识了牙医诊所的主治医师，一名微笑牙医（周群达饰）。最后借着黑羊与白羊的牵引，他们结了婚，走进了幸福的生活。但是一场意外突然到来……。
