某日，玉书来到警司家，无意间发现他正与黑帮分子王正利做贩卖人口的非法生意，非常气愤，又见王正利欲对警司下女小茹不轨，玉书再也抑制不住愤怒，一番打斗，小茹被救出，玉书得罪警司与王正利。其后，费柴与玉书再无宁日，就在二人无法招架恶势力狠毒的蝎子功时，漫画书帮上大忙。。
